Aki-Ola Aziz & 5 Others Secure An Interlocutory Injunction on UGSRC Elections

UGSRC Presidential Aspirants, Aki-Ola Aziz with mantra Fanofom and Raman Yusif both Presidential hopefuls,and 4 others had secured an interlocutory from the Accra High Court. A writ of summon had also been issued against the University of Ghana, the Dean of Students Affairs,the Electoral Commission and the Judicial Board all from the Premier University. Below are the documents for the statement of claims that the applicants/plaintiffs are seeking and praying that the honourable court grants them the relifs against the respondents/defendents.

Presidential hopeful for UGSRC celebrates his birthday today. Samuel Ackom is an indefatigable personnality and one of the topmost students on campus. He is a proud member of the University of Ghana Parliament House and the POSSA Parliament. He is prominent figure in the UGSRC, the 64th Administration led by the Asumadu-Ndukwe. He is the Deputy Public Relations Officer of the UG-SRC. He is currently Pursuing Political Science and Linguistics at the Premier University. Samuel Ackom is contesting for the pisition of SRC President, and he is aspiring to be the 65th SRC Ptesident of the Premier University, University of Ghana, Legon. He is also part of the Minority leadership of the POSSA Parliament and UGPH Parliament, and a Member of the SRC General Assembly(UGSRC Parliament). The recent publication by the University of Ghana Management about the transfer of Male continuing students of the two noble traditional halls; Mensh Sarbah and Common Wealth Halls from their legal accommodations or beds is an experiment on the fresh administration of the University of Ghana Students' Representative Council. Information Reaching the whistle Blower and Walking Encyclopedia 360's is that wifi connectivity is irregular, unreliable, and insufficient. Residents have whispered to the Whistleblower about the bad internet connectivity as a result of unreliable for students to use. The student of the Jubilee Hall to be specific has approached us to inform us about the lack of leadership displayed by the incumbent President of Jubilee and International Hostels, Bright Amansiah. UGSRC:Vetting Results Not True Reflections of Candidates

In the late hours of Saturday,27th August 2022 at 11.30pm vetting of UGSRC hopefuls were vetted. Vetting of candidates commenced from the treasurer portforlio through to Secretary to the presidential. Edward was the First candidate to pass through the vetting followed by Michael Kuti a.k.a IMF. Then proceeded to the general secretary portfolio with Emmanuella Boakyewa with much precision, Vida Minta with over confidence, Ernestona Mahama walked in gorgeously and modestly with much enthusiasm. Diana Ohene Berma storming in with a music Box playing Diana ooo Diana ooo who sat for barely 10 mins less than her contenders.
