UGSRC: TREASURER RACE BECOMES TOUGH AS ASPIRANTS TIE KNOT

This year's UGSRC Treasurer position is the face of the UGSRC elections. The postion is keenly contested by Edward Owusu Boateng popularly known as Gadaffi and Michael Kuti famously called IMF. The race is a heated one of a kind within a decade. Few minutes before Kuti was leading Boateng, however the latter has regain votes to catch up with the former. Per polls conducted by Radio Univers on twitter and links for voting shared on various social media platforms, the votes of the two candidates have broken even, with both candidates securing 50%. The Office of the UG-SRC today, 22nd July 2022 would bring to you the State of The UG-SRC at @7:00PM @SRC CONFERENCE ROOM(UNION BUILDING) This is to disseminate information concerning the activities, events, programs, and projects of the SRC to the general student population, and in turn, receive opinions and views from the student populace. UGSRC:Vetting Results Not True Reflections of Candidates

In the late hours of Saturday,27th August 2022 at 11.30pm vetting of UGSRC hopefuls were vetted. Vetting of candidates commenced from the treasurer portforlio through to Secretary to the presidential. Edward was the First candidate to pass through the vetting followed by Michael Kuti a.k.a IMF. Then proceeded to the general secretary portfolio with Emmanuella Boakyewa with much precision, Vida Minta with over confidence, Ernestona Mahama walked in gorgeously and modestly with much enthusiasm. Diana Ohene Berma storming in with a music Box playing Diana ooo Diana ooo who sat for barely 10 mins less than her contenders. Beauty who was supposed to have been the last, we were told had written to the vetting panel to recuse herself from the vetting.
