Information reaching us is an attempt by the  University of Ghana Computing System (UGCS)  to manipulate the system to favour specific candidates and factions in today’s UGSRC Elections. “In every rumour there is a little bit of truth”, An anonymous student of the Premier University had told Walkingencyclopaedia360.
