SECURITY CONFERENCE @ CEDI CONFERENCE CENTRE TODAY

On behalf of the UGSRC, there will be a security conference on the theme "The Emerging Terrorism Alerts in the Subsaharan Africa, The role of the University student. The event will commence within a timely hours of 8:00 AM today, Friday 26th August, 2022. The SRC is inviting all members of the un9versity to attend this programme.

UGSRC IN CONJUNCTION WITH DRUGNET ORGANIZES ASK YOUR PHARMACIST

UGSRC in connection with Drug Net is organizing a seminar on"Ask Your Pharmacist" on Wednesday 27th July, 2022 @10AM- 11AM @the UGSRC Union Building. Dennis Appiah Larbi earns My Respect -Aki-Ola, The Whistle Blower

The NUGS president, Dennis Appiah Larbi has been acknowledged and respected by Aki-Ola Aziz, the first Special of the University of Ghana concerning his swift and divine intervention in dealing with matters of student concern. His courage in targetting the reduction in fees of students and the quest for accommodation for students. Dennis, irrespective of his political affiliation has been able to confront key personalities who have a say in the administration of the NPP, yet meet the key stakeholders, the likes of the Minister of Education, Dr. Yaw Adutwum. He is among the few student leaders who think about the interests and welfare of students.

UGSRC:Vetting Results Not True Reflections of Candidates

In the late hours of Saturday,27th August 2022 at 11.30pm vetting of UGSRC hopefuls were vetted. Vetting of candidates commenced from the treasurer portforlio through to Secretary to the presidential. Edward was the First candidate to pass through the vetting followed by Michael Kuti a.k.a IMF. Then proceeded to the general secretary portfolio with Emmanuella Boakyewa with much precision, Vida Minta with over confidence, Ernestona Mahama walked in gorgeously and modestly with much enthusiasm. Diana Ohene Berma storming in with a music Box playing Diana ooo Diana ooo who sat for barely 10 mins less than her contenders. Beauty who was supposed to have been the last, we were told had written to the vetting panel to recuse herself from the vetting. The presidential race saw Noah and Ambrose being first on the list,then Lincoln and Boakye,followed by Ackom and Ramzy, proceded by Curtis and Linda, and ended with Graham and Paa Kwesi.
