60th Anniversary Celebration currently Ongoing

Glaring at the Great Hall is the courful celebration of the 60th Anniversary Celebration of the most patronized department of the University of Ghana 🇬🇭. Here in presence is the Special Guest of honour, the Rt. Honourable Mike Ocquaye, who had had the opportunity and taken charge as Head of Department and had climbed the highest ladder and mounted one of the highest pedestals in the political discourse. He had been adjudged the Overall Best Graduating Student. It cannot be discredited and discounted his influence and impart in the political dispemsations as a Member of Parliament and the Speaker of Parliament under the 4th Republican dispensation as the 7blth Speaker of the legislature. The Guest Speaker is the Vice Chancellor, Prof. Philip Duku Osei of the Dombo University of Business & Integrated Development Studies, Mrs. Linda Ofori, Executive Director- Ghana 🇬🇭 Integrity Initiative & the Head of Department, Mrs. Maame Adwoa Gyakye A. Gyandoh, Ambassador of Denmark, Ambassadorof Ireland and Representative of the British High Commission and several other renowned & prominent & profound personalities and Senior & Junior Lecturers & students across the various departments, most especially students of Political Science.
The head of the Department mounted the platform to brief the gathering on the milestones of the faculty and admonished the fact that it was established in the 1961/1970 academic Year. He lamented the vision of the department to adopt cutting-edge research through teaching and learning. She took the opportunity to introduce the Vice Chancellor who happens to be the Chairperson of the ocassion and ushered her the forum.
The Vice-Chancellor rise to the occasion and mounted the platform to introduce the Special Guests and dignitaries here in present. She also reemphasized and envisioned the cutting-edge research approach indoctrinated and imbibed in students of the general good of students as doctored. Students have trooped in their numbers to commemorate and witness this august event. Currently, solidarity messages are being thrown in from the right and left corners particularly, from the President of the Political Science Department @the Great Hall. UGSRC PREZ WITHDRAWS INTENTION TO CHALLENGE UGBS ELECTION RESULTS

The UGSRC President,Frank Tsikata had hinted earlier to challenge the elections results of the University of Ghana Business School, that saw the victory of Francis and the defeat of his darling boy,Nunya. Intel gathered by the whistleblower360 was that the SRC President gathered momentum to challenge the election conducted by UGCS as being fraught with various forms irregularities and malpractices. After a sober reflection of the euphoria surrounding his election as president, and his encounter with Boakye,the immediate UGSRC President who challenged the results of the previous election which saw the victory of Tsikata as rigged. He was reminded of how Boakye was querried about not having confidence in a system that brought him to office, and wanted to put it to a litmus test.
