Aki-Ola Aziz { The Professor} welcomes students back to school. He extends warm greetings and felicitations to students on campus. He has asked students to students to embrace and work harder to excel and come out with flying colours during this semester. In his remarks, "Endeavour to make this semester a fruitful one and make excellent grades" He is the one who believes in an all inclusive and transformational agenda, with the motto : #The Student's Interest He is optimistic that God has done it all ready and had coined Nyame Ay3 Awie as his offical slogan since day one of his conception. Call him Aki-Ola And he Shall respond #The Student Interest. Call him the Professor and he shall respond #Changing the Narrative. Call him # Nyame Aye Awie And he shall respond #Still Nyame Aye Awie

  Where did we go wrong as students of the 21st century in Ghana 🇬🇭? In the last 3 to 5 decades, we had student leadership strong as the hippo, brave as the lion and wise as the parrot which was vocal, competent and cunning and fought for the interest and welfare of the general student populace. Today, where are the NUGs, USAG, TTAG, the SRCs, GNUPs, TUSAGs and the likes? Indeed gone are the days where student leadership meant politics; student activism. The recent publication by the University of Ghana Management about the transfer of Male continuing students of the two noble traditional halls; Mensh Sarbah and Common Wealth Halls from their legal accommodations or beds is an experiment on the fresh administration of the University of Ghana Students' Representative Council.
