Breaking the Eight History, Data And Science do not support it.

The recent contemplation by the leadership of the ruling New Patriotic Party has challenged themselves to break the eight years agenda of which facts, data, figures and statistics doesn't augment. The President in an address with his party faithfuls during the aniversary of the party he runned on its ticket, had assured party supporters the NPP will break the eight years record which had ensured between the major opposition party the National Democratic Congress and the New Patriotic Party.

So far leadership of the two main parties had expressed their take on the matter. The vice President of the republic had given same assurance. This messaged had come across the political space during the 2016 electioneering campaign when an incumbent President, John Dramani Mahama gave an assurance to the NDC to break the eight, with his popular "JM Toaso" slogan. It was quite unfortunate to have had the ousted of a vice president who had won on the ticket of his party s a president for a term in the history of this country. He had Ben the first president to have been president for a term and yet fighting for his second term bid. Had it not been the purported rigging of the 2020 elections culminating from ballot stuffing he would have won the election on his third appearance on the battot like that of prez Atta Mills and Prez Akufo Addo. Prez Mills and Nana Addo contested for three consecutive terms before they became president. Prez Mahama had been a controversial president on whose terms as candidate and president that we had gone to challenge and seek redress at the supreme Court. The two presidents have been a center of controversies. Many controvercies had generated with each accusing each other of election malpractices. In 2012 Nana Addo Danqua riding on the horse of Bawumia had challenged the legibility and validity of the results, president Mahama has pleaded same at the supreme court demanding for a run off and challenging the validity and legality of the declaration. The duo had disagreed the with the ruling of the Supreme Court, but had accepted the verdict. The cardinal issue as to whether the NPP will break the eight is untenable. The late Prez. Rawlings upon resuming the country to constitutional rule so the 1992 presidential election with the NPP boycotting seats in Parliament, and he subsequently  won the 1996 presidential election with majority of seats in Parliament. Despite the fact that votes depreciated in his second term he won. In 2000 the NPP called for a positive change and had favour in the eyes of Ghanaians. Prez. Kuffour won the Presidentialresidential elections with majority of seats in Parliament. Though his votes dwindled in his second bid, he won the seat once again. The late Professor, Prez Mills won the seat with run offs, when he contended Nana Addo and won the seat with majority of seats in Parliament and after his unfortunate demise Prez. Mahama founnd grace in the heart and eyes of Ghanaians. The good people of Ghana reposed confidence in him and voted massively for him. He won with a vote margin of 300,000 plus. The votes which found a way to the court where vice president Bawumia have been associated with "You and I were not there". A popular saying by him which will never go down the drain of history. The Eight years mantle of the NPP will becoming to an abrupt end in 2025. His Excellency John Mahama will notoriously take the mantle of leadership from Nana Addo who will not contest the seat again as his tenure will be expiring. Mahama will be wrestling power with either Bawumia or Alan Kyeremanteng who have been tipped to win the presidential primaries of the NPP.

President Mahama is equally tipped to win the NDC presidential primaries. Interesting times ahead! History, Science and facts does not support the breaking the eight agenda as the Speaker of Parliament had attested to the fact that when his party the NDC was in office they had lamented same. He will definitely not contest the primaries as he would not have exhausted his tenure of office as  speaker. We live to see if Joshua Alabi who had been the Campaign Manager for the NDC and Spio Gabrah, Mr Mahama's senior in politics would join Kwabena Duffour ,the former finance minister to contest Mahama.

UGSRC PREZ WITHDRAWS INTENTION TO CHALLENGE UGBS ELECTION RESULTS

The UGSRC President,Frank Tsikata had hinted earlier to challenge the elections results of the University of Ghana Business School, that saw the victory of Francis and the defeat of his darling boy,Nunya. Intel gathered by the whistleblower360 was that the SRC President gathered momentum to challenge the election conducted by UGCS as being fraught with various forms irregularities and malpractices. After a sober reflection of the euphoria surrounding his election as president, and his encounter with Boakye, the immediate UGSRC President who challenged the results of the previous election which saw the victory of Tsikata as rigged. He was reminded of how Boakye was querried about not having confidence in a system that brought him to office, and wanted to put it to a litmus test. In the same vein he would have challenged the outcome of the Business school elections. But for previous interventions made him scary of taking such steps, and he believes it would make him unpopular.
